VERNER'S TALE

Years ago,

Verner and his

ten brothers

were turned

into swans.

Their sister saved them…

mostly.

But every action has consequences,

And though he has no love for his sister’s Kingdom, Verner, the youngest brother must travel far away to the Hidden Flower Kingdom to beg their queen for help.

The road will be unforgiving and dangerous,

But perhaps there may be some pleasant surprises to be had

on the way.

Not all fairytale characters get happy endings, but perhaps this time…

The Process

Verner’s Tale is a project born out of the stories of Hans Christian Andersen, a project grew organically once the characters took shape, as if they were just waiting to tell their own stories. What started out as a simple collection of designs meant to fill a portfolio, quickly coalesced into something bigger. Something with potential!

I had intended to create completely separate projects for each section of this course, but as I was designing these characters, I started asking questions to flesh them out and give them life and eventually built a real story. Instead of staying separate, the characters interacted with each other, carving paths seemingly on their own until they all reached the same road.

Apoi daca vrei sa nu fie lipite sectiunile unele de altele, se adauga padding ( spatiu in interiorul unui container). Aici am adaugat sus si jos.

imaginea si textul de aici ar fi fost foarte aproape una de alta. am ales sa pun margine sub imagine de 20px. Imaginea este centrata si am folosit un tumbnail mediu ca sa fie micsorata, si un radius de 10px.
